I've been trying to experiment with makeup products. I tried to create a homemade concealer, but that didn't work. However, I did create a wonderful hair treatment AND lip scrub. The lip scrub mainly because I bought some awesome red lipstick/color and applying lipstick required me to scrub. And the hair treatment because I saw a masque-thingy a really long time ago and it included beer so I bought some beer. That beer has been sitting in my fridge for months (that's not an exaggeration). So I finally wanted to create something with beer in it (except I forgot what website the original recipe was from so I just tried to figure out what kind of masque-thingy I was going to do). I finally decided on this treatment. It ended up with my hair being a mess but I think that it will be wonderful in the end (except I used EVOO instead of canola oil).
And from this "how to apply red lipstick" blog post, minus the whole red lip liner. Which really improved my lips (that and Vaseline. which is my new favorite lip balm). I think my honey was a little too old and that I heated it up a little too much to create the best lip scrub possible and still I was amazing at the effects. (You can find the recipe for a homemade lip scrub here). The recipe is simple and easy and only involves honey, olive oil, and sugar (it's wonderfully delicious as well).
I also perfected the whole "soft boiled egg" thing. It's been a while since I have been able to get the yellow runny without the white being runny as well or the yellow being completely whole. I swear I'm a British on accident. I seriously need to go to England.
My darling little puppy is growing out his adult fur. Right now it's just across the middle of his back, but I'm so ready to know how his whole fur will be. His fur is a mix between white and almost reddish. It's very interesting.
He also loves the water. He likes to be the water that he drinks. I can't wait to take him to a lake.
I know my puppies are adorable. And they completely love me (and the rest of the family).
