We Got No Money but We Got Heart We're Gonna Rattle This Ghost Town

My poor darling puppy gets carsick!  He got all drooly in car and apparently it's because he feels like he's about to throw up if he swallows!  There wasn't anything to clean up other than the drool, but my heart was breaking as he whined and barked at me because he felt so bad.  I almost started crying with him, no joke.  This was also the first time I took Oscar to the vet by myself and he got his big boy shots!  I can finally put a rabies tag on him.  Yay!  We don't have to take him to get anymore shots.  And apparently we can give him half of a dramamine about 30-40 minutes before we drive him anywhere and not to give him any food before we leave (I'm guessing hours before we leave?) just not any time close to when we leave.  I'm hoping that he might grow out of it, but I think he's growing into his carsickness (if that makes sense).  I gave him a huge treat once we got home.
I also found out that since he's a mixed breed there is no telling what his adult coat will look like.  Which means that how he is groomed is completely up to me.  I'm thinking that I'm going to keep him pretty much all natural (while keeping his face/eyes clean).  But we'll see.  I'm also kind of wondering about neutering.  I'm thinking I'm going to but I've read some thing pretty disturbing about the effects of neutering too soon.  However, it might be a good thing.  It would be something that I wouldn't have to worry about (plus it's not like the world needs more puppies). But we'll see with that one too.
And it was really hot today, 102 if the car was correct.  (Yes, Mom, I took your car.  I'm hoping that's okay.  My car is no where clean enough for me to have any passengers and I hate hate hate driving the Suburn.)
