I had a bad episode of migraine today. I went to the eye doctor today for an annual check up and they dilated my eyes. I almost immediately realized why I had been subconsciously avoiding going to the eye doctor. I starting getting a migraine before they pointed bright lights into my eyes, not to mention the drive home. When I stepped outside I literally couldn't see anything. I don't ever remember my eyes being that sensitive to the sun.
Sometimes when my head hurts as bad as it does today, my whole body hurts. I can't tell exactly where the pain is (besides the sharp pain in my head). I can't tell if its a phantom pain either. I feel nauseous and my chest hurts and my stomach hurts. But if you asked I couldn't tell you exactly where, I just feel bad in general. It's frustrating. And what's even more frustrating is that migraines is all that I seem capable of talking about. I want this part of my life to get fix soon so that I can move on and talk about other things like jobs and puppies and other general life things.
And then we took both puppies to the vet a few hours later. I can't say that Oscar loved it, but he got lots of attention. And all he really wanted to do was play. He plopped down in the middle of the exam room and started barking for Jack to play with him. Then after the lovely Dr. Ruth saw him (and gave him treats for being good) all he wanted was more treats. Jack didn't enjoy his visit as much. He was pretty scared the whole time and Oscar wasn't much help.
I didn't end up seeing the chiropractor today. Something came up for him earlier this morning, so I got rescheduled for next week. You'll just have to check back with me next week for a full update.

The song I picked for today is probably already over played, but it is going to remind me of the beginning of summer from here on out. It's cheesy but catchy (and probably has this video to thank for its boost in popularity). P.S. I've been listening to this song for at least 2 months now (my original pick didn't pan out and I kinda just want to go to bed).
